SPORTSPAL CANOES LIMITED ONE (1) YEAR WARRANTY

Meyers Boat Company warrants your Meyers product (excluding paint) to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal non-commercial use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser.

If your Meyers product develops a defect while under this warranty, notify us promptly at Meyers Boat Company Warranty Repair Department, 343 Lawrence St., Adrian, Michigan 49221. Telephone: (517) 265-9821. We will, at our option, either repair or replace the product. Transportation charges to and from our factory must be prepaid by you.

THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY MADE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND WE NEITHER ASSUME OR AUTHORIZE ANY OTHER PERSON TO ASSUME FOR US ANY OTHER LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF A MEYERS PRODUCT. THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT APPLY IF DAMAGE IS THE RESULT NEGLIGENCE, ABUSE, OR MISUSE. ALL WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR USE TERMINATE ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE DATE OF PURCHASE. THE TERM “ORIGINAL PURCHASER” AS USED IN THIS WARRANTY MEANS THE PERSON WHO ORIGINALLY PURCHASED THE BOAT FROM A DEALER.

If your product requires repair after the warranty period, follow the instructions set forth above for returning the boat to Meyers Boat Company. You will be notified of estimated repair charges before the repair is undertaken.
