SNARK SAILBOATS LIMITED SIX (6) MONTHS WARRANTY

WARRANTY PERIOD

Your Snark sailboat is guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and materials at the time of shipment from our factory. Meyers Boat Company will repair or replace any part which was defective at the time of shipment from our factory. If, within six (6) months from the date of purchase your Snark sailboat fails due to defect in material or workmanship, simply return it to the Selling Dealer Place of Purchase and repairs will be made without charge. No other persons are authorized to make repairs to a Snark sailboat under this warranty. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser or person who purchased the product from an authorized Selling Dealer.

THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS WHICH EXCEED THE WARRANTY PERIOD ARE DISCLAIMED BY THE SELLING DEALER AND MEYERS BOAT COMPANY AND ARE EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY.

This warranty is invalidated if the product is not operated and maintained under normal non-commercial use, or if used as a rental, or used abnormally as outlined in the Owner’s Manual. This warranty does not apply to normal maintenance items, or to repairs necessitated by accident, negligence, misuse, and use of unsuitable and unauthorized factory attachments or parts. Warranty is voided if any form or modification is made to any Snark parts or Snark hulls. THIS WARRANTY EXCLUDES INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING LOSS OF USE.

SELLING DEALER’S LIMITED WARRANTY

The Authorized Meyers Boat Dealer selling Snark sailboats warrants to the initial retail purchaser that this product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship during the six (6) month warranty period. If the product is returned by the owner within the warranty period to the Selling Dealer, the Selling Dealer will repair or replace (at Dealers Option) the defective Snark sailboat or parts.
